Heather Fontenot, C-IAYT

Heather has been guiding others on their wellness journey for over 10 years. Heather is passionate about creating spaces to foster connection with each other, ourselves, and nature.

In addition to her private practice, Heather works as a Yoga Therapist for a dual-diagnosis substance abuse and mental health treatment organization where she collaborates with a clinical team to provide quality whole-person care to clients.

Heather is a certified Yoga Therapist of the Desikachar Lineage, a Yoga Nidra Instructor, a student, wellness coach, cosmetologist, and stepmom.

Her two fur babies, gardening, nature, hiking, bike riding, and learning about different cultures bring her great joy.
